Pieces.

Like many, my journey through life has had many ups and downs.
I’m a believer of building awareness, knowledge and resilience through our own personal experiences. I’m passionate about self-discovery,  exploration and finding the true authentic self.

Born and raised in the Niagara Region, I’ve worked and gained experience in the field of social services supporting people experiencing trauma in the form of abuse and domestic violence, employment counselling, disability, and rehabilitation management.

I’m practicing as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in the Niagara Region. My educational background includes a Bachelor Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Criminology from Brock University. I also completed my post graduate Diploma in Addictions Counselling from Durham College and recently completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

In my practice, I use an electric, person-centred, trauma-informed approach to support individuals in working through their journey to healing.

My modalities includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Informed Therapy.

Fun fact about myself:
I’m a past professional polka dancer, coffee bean collector, pastry sampler extraordinaire, and I’m passionate about food sourcing and preservation!
